If you are accessing our website from a school or business location, there may be a firewall interfering with your ability to use our shopping cart. Therefore, in some instances, a firewall may prevent the appearance of “add to cart” or “proceed to checkout” buttons. All physical orders are shipped by U.S. Mail (USPS) within approximately five (5) business days an order is placed.

International orders will need to pass through customs and the timeframe of that process varies based on the destination country. For additional information on international shipping, click here.

We ship DVDs & books to addresses in: US, Canada , Australia, UK. If you are outside one of these locations, please purchase a streaming subscription.

We accept purchase orders from schools in the United States and Canada. To determine the shipping costs and item sku for teaching manuals/student workbooks, add to the online shopping cart. If using a purchase order for streaming All Access, shipping is free. Please include for each user license to All Access a name and an email address for generating login credentials.

Videos: Our videos are in HD streaming on the All Access platform.

As of 2024, all of our videos have been converted to High Def (HD). We no longer offer DVDs.

Books: We offer printed teaching manuals and student workbooks, separate from the videos, that reinforce the lessons taught in the videos.

Sold separately from the videos. These are in print format (physical books).

Most of our videos come with a free grouping of still photos from the video. The photos may be used to test and reinforce the skills modeled in the video. Where available, locate the photos in the Resources section under each video in the All Access streaming library.

We accept returns within thirty (30) days of physical products if sealed in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping is not refundable. If shipping/handling was free, we deduct a $15.95 shipping/handling charge or actual cost of shipping (whichever is greater).

Digital and subscription products are not returnable.
