We ship internationally. Customers are responsible for any duties or fees in going through international customs.

DVDs

We currently have 5 DVDs available: Time for School, Time for a Playdate, I Can Do It!, Model Me Conversation Cues, and Model Me Friendship. Model Me Tips & Tricks will be released in July 2008.

Other Materials

Teaching manuals and student workbooks are being developed for each of the DVDs. The first set, for Time for School, will be released in July, 2008.

Video Format

All of our videos are in DVD format. We do not offer VHS tapes.

The DVD are NTSC format. For international customers, please check your DVD player to make sure it is NTSC compatible.

Shipping Information

U.S. Orders: You will receive your order in approximately 10 business days from the date you placed your order. We ship by U.S. Mail (USPS).

International Orders leave our warehouse within 3 business days and are shipped by U.S. Mail (USPS). Your order will need to pass through customs and the timeframe of that process varies based on the destination country.

To determine shipping costs, add items to the online shopping cart. A handling fee as well as shipping is charged.

1. Order Online: You may order online with a credit card. We accept Visa or Mastercard.

2. Purchase Orders: We accept purchase orders (see below instructions) from institutions in the United States and Canada. Purchase orders must be faxed or mailed to us for processing. The fastest way to process a purchase order is to fax it to us at:

3. Mail a Check: You may pay by check drawn on a U.S. bank. We are unable to accept payment by checks drawn on a non-U.S. bank. To determine shipping costs and catalog item numbers, add items to the online shopping cart. You may print out your shopping cart page and include with your order.

Photo CD-Rom

Each DVD comes with a free photo CD-Rom of still photos from the video. The photos may be used to test and reinforce the skills modeled in the DVD.

Returns

**All returns and exchanges require an RMA number. Please call us at 888-938-3240 ext. 4 to obtain an RMA number prior to returning item.

Returns are accepted within thirty (30) days of purchase if sealed in the original packaging.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping is not refundable.

Opened DVD cases that are not in the original shrink wrap are not returnable.

Any defective product will be exchanged.
